Book Three, RIDIN’ THE SLASH begins with a full account of our spring roundup 1956. It describes herding about 700 head of young cattle up the awesome Mooney Trail. This slash like trail rises from an elevation of 3,000 feet up to the Flagstaff mountains at 7,500 feet. The slash on the DK Slash brand represents the Mooney Trail. All the following short stories, will be exciting and interesting too. Volume #1 could be the best yet because it has been so intriguing for me to randomly recollect special places and experiences.
